without prior notice and the current published terms shall prevail.
“Resident” Players and their associated discounted rates are defined to include not only Verde Santa Fe HOA
members, but additionally qualifying Local Residents of Yavapai and Coconino Counties. Agave Highlands shall
determine resident status base on addresses shown on government issued documents such as Drivers License or
Offcial Tax Bill. All other General Public players shall be charged published daily fee rates without discounts.
Discounts given to Verde Santa Fe residents are provided as a courtesy and are not to be interpreted that Agave
Highlands submits to the jurisdiction of the Verde Santa Fe CC&Rs of its HOA.
